Organic Boutique reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and any such change will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions.

1. The colours shown in photographs are an accurate representation of the clothes but what you see on the website may be affected by your computer display settings.
   
2. All sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly for different styles.
   
3. All goods are subject to availability.
   
4. We must receive full payment before we can accept an order. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch. Your order will only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an Order Despatch email which includes details of the product. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the Order Despatch email.
   All prices and charges on the website are in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges will apply and these will be displayed in the order process. All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.
   
5. You can at any time within 14 days of receiving goods from us, return any goods you are not completely happy with. We will offer an exchange or refund with original proof of purchase provided it is in its original condition. We will, on receipt of the returned items, refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods returned to us. The original delivery costs will not be refunded. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
   
6. We will at all times comply with the standards, procedures and requirements of UK data protection laws to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept appropriately secure and processed fairly and lawfully. No third party will have access to any information that we hold about you, unless it is with your permission.
