Are all Organic Boutique clothes made from organic fabrics?
Yes, we only sell clothes made from organic fabrics. All our cotton and denim fabrics are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standards [GOTS] and are dyed using GOTS approved dyes. Our factory also manufactures and stores all organic fabrics in a separate area of the factory. Please note that trims and buttons used are not certified as organic.
Our mountain silk knitwear and cotton essentials are sourced from suppliers who are also organic but have a different certification.
What about your packaging materials?
We use recyclable packaging for goods coming in to us and for goods being delivered to customers.
Are your clothes fairtrade?
No, most of our clothes are not certfied as fairtrade. Some of our products in the Cotton Essentials range fairtrade.This requires a separate method of certification.
What is the advantage of buying organic clothes?
Organic clothes are made using no chemicals and pesticides. Apart from the benefit to you, farmers in developing countries, also benefit from a better quality of life.
Do the images on your website present the clothes and colours accurately?
Yes, the clothes you will receive will be exactly as per the details shown on the website. But the colours you see on the website may vary very slightly depending on the settings of your screen colours.
How secure is your website for credit and debit cards?
Our site is extremely secure for all credit and debit card processing. We use Worldpay to process all credit and debit card transcations.
Where are your retail outlets?
We only sell online. You may order on the phone, by post or by fax, if you prefer.
I want to change my online order, how do I do this?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancellations to online orders that have been made on this website. This is because as soon as your order reaches us, it is processed and sent to our packing area to be packed and sent.
Do you deliver overseas?
We offer delivery to limited international destinations including the United States and some countries in Europe. International shipping is charged at £9.99 and postage charges are displayed when you place your order on the website.
Will I be charged VAT?
No, all prices on our site are in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
If an item is faulty whom should I contact?
This is extremely unlikely as all our products go through a stringent quality checking system. But in the extremely rare circumstance when this does happen, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us by any of the methods listed on the Contact Us page and we will assist you.
Can I return items purchased on the website?
Yes, you can return or exchange items within 14 days provided they are in their original condition and with your receipt. You will not be refunded the original delivery charge.
How do I know what size to order? Size and Fit

Please do note that some deliveries are sent out directly from our suppliers hence we have to give them names and addresses. We do not give them email addresses or phone numbers.

We may provide names and addresses to third parties but only with your permission. We do not divulge your email address to any other company.
